Recipe for cheese tea:
Ingredients
- • 4 ounces (125 g) of Philadelphia cream cheese
- • 2 Tbs (15 ml) milk
- • 1/2 cup (3 cl) liquid cream
- • 2 Tbs (15 ml) sugar
- • 5 cups of cool, sweetened tea
To make it:
- Whip (fouetter) the cream cheese and milk in a medium bowl.
- Add cream and sugar; beat 2 minutes.
- Pour the tea into the glasses; spoon the cheese mixture on top.
