Recipe for cheese tea:



Ingredients

  • • 4 ounces (125 g) of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • • 2 Tbs (15 ml) milk
  • • 1/2 cup (3 cl) liquid cream
  • • 2 Tbs (15 ml) sugar
  • • 5 cups of cool, sweetened tea

To make it:

  1. Whip (fouetter) the cream cheese and milk in a medium bowl.
  2. Add cream and sugar; beat 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the tea into the glasses; spoon the cheese mixture on top.
