- Lyndon: So, have you already been to York?
- Julie: I've been one time about four years ago as a tourist.
- Liz: What did you see?
- Julie: I remember walking around the walls of the city.
- Liz: The old walls? The old protective...
- Julie: Yes! I don't think we did the whole tour around but...
- Liz: Okay, did you see the Shambles?
- Julie: Great question! I don't remember! It's been a minute…
- Liz: that old city, the old streets. Do you know this? The Shambles?
- Julie: What are the Shambles?
- Lyndon: Is it the old shopping street? I’m trying to think...
- Liz: It's one of those old street because people couldn't incur, ’cos they could only build upwards, they sort of built out across the streets so, you kind of have these levels, coming out across the street.
- Julie: Yes! Yes! I did see that!
- Liz: What else is there? The Yorvik centre, the Viking experience.
- Lyndon: Oh, yeah! You told me about this. What was that again?

- Lyndon: Smells?
- Liz: Yeah, that was the big thing back in the eighties! You created a museum to do some nice smells!
- Julie: I think I actually went there now that you say that. I do remember going to a museum with smells.
- Liz: Are the smells coming back?
- Julie: Yes!
- Liz: Okay, what else is in York? Did you have Yorkshire tea?
- Julie: Oh! I'm always drinking Yorkshire tea because my husband is actually from Yorkshire, so.
- Liz: Very good! Scones?
- Julie: We don't have scones here actually, in our house but...
- Liz: He never makes them?
- Julie: No, he's not a good cook, so no. His accent is... the Yorkshire accent is something else, isn't it? It's very special.
- Liz: Awesome. My family is from Yorkshire so…
- Julie: So you could probably do a little bit for us, if you'd like?
- Liz: Oh I could : "Tha' can allus tell a Yorkshireman but tha' can't tell 'im much*".
