General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
For all of our products, the price is indicated in euros, including tax and VAT.
Shipping costs will be charged in the following cases:
- for the purchase of a single issue ;
- for any subscription placed outside of mainland France and Switzerland ;
- for the purchase of Audiobooks, 'Essentials' products, or other products.
The cost of a physical book and the shipping costs related to its delivery are established in accordance with the Lang n° 81-766 law of August 10, 1981 and the n° 2014-779 law of July 8, 2014, which regulate the books distance selling's conditions. The cost of one digital book is established in accordance with the n° 2011-590 law of May 26, 2011 relating to the digital book's price.
Any change in the VAT rate can impact the previous price.
ENTREFILET reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be charged based on the rate applicable at the time of the order, subject to availability. The products remain ENTREFILET's property until their price if fully payed up for, except for the issues delivered as part of a subscription to one magazine (or more).

You can choose between different subscription options , which will allow you to access various Digital Offers.
ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION
By clicking on the 'CONFIRM' icon at the end of the ordering process, you will therefore confirm that you fully and unreservedly agree with you order and with the entirety of the present General Terms and Conditions of subscription. The data collected by Edition Entrefilet will establish the proof of any transaction carried out between Editions Entrefilet and yourself. The data collected by the payment system will provide the proof of any financial transaction.
Once you are logged in to your account, an order confirmation will appear on your screen, summarising the following details:
- the supplier's identity and contact details;
- the main characteristics of the product you ordered;
- the delivery options;
- the total price, including tax and VAT, and the payment details;
- the customer service's contact details;
- the terms and conditions for contract termination, dispute resolution, and if need be, any other contractual conditions;
- information regarding the customer service.
However, if the digital technology employed to place an order enforces time and/or space limits (if you use a smartphone for instance), only the following details will appear on your screen:
- the identity of the supplier;
- the main characteristics of the product or service you are ordering;
- the quantities, prices of the products or services, the shipping costs, and the total amount of your order;
- your contact details and the delivery address.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our offers are subject to availability. If a product turns out to be unavailable once your order has been sent, we will inform you of the situation as soon as possible, via mail or e-mail. You will then be able to either change or cancel your order, via e-mail.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Your subscription will be delivered at the address that you chose while placing your order. Your first issue will be delivered within 2 weeks following your order, and within 3 weeks if you live outside of France. Our delivery dates are approximate, they represent our best estimation of the time required for the processing and delivery operations, for magazines bound for metropolitan France and Monaco.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
For the subscriptions unlimited in time, the payment will be executed via automatic pre-authorised direct debit. Depending on your subscription preferences, the direct debit will either occur monthly or bimonthly. With the monthly payment option, the direct debit for the issue(s) of the month will take place on the 12th day of each month. For the bimonthly payment option, the direct debit will take place every other month, always on the 12th day.
If your direct debit happens to be rejected, Entrefilet will charge you for the resulting bank charges.
ARTICLE 7 : SECURITY SYSTEM
Our online subscription offers are subject to a security system which uses the SSL encryption process. This method reinforces all of the scrambling and encryption processes, in order to protect as efficiently as possible any sensitive data regarding payment methods. In an additional effort to make sure that your payment is secure, your card security code will be required for each online payments. This code corresponds to the three figures at the back of your debit card.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
The obligation to supply the ordered services falls under an obligation of means. Editions Entrefilet shall not be held responsible for any breach of contract entered in case of force majeure, in accordance with the case-law of the French Court of Justice on the day when the aforementioned case of force majeure occurs. Cases of force majeure apply to disruptions and partial or total strikes, particularly for the postal service and/or means of transport, and/or communications areas. Editions Entrefilet shall not be held responsible of any problems occurring upon or during the electronic payment, the user being solely responsible of the payment order he gives with his debit card.
ARTICLE 10 - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the magazine publications (paper or digital version):
- for the periodical or magazines' unit sales, pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you can not be granted a right of withdrawal.
- for periodical or magazines' subscriptions, pursuant to article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal, in accordance with the terms and conditions defined by article 7 of the present general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The termination of your subscription will become effective once ENTREFILET receives your mail/e-mail, and you will get a refund in proportion to the number of issues received.
ARTICLE 11 -APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The transaction is subject to the French laws. In case of litigation, French courts of law have sole competence.
ARTICLE 12 - PERSONAL DATA
The data that you provide to us is essential for the ordering process, and it is destined to us.
